DDC & BRAKE AWAY
Protecting your operations with safe, spill-free transfer technology. Designed for pressure-critical and hazardous fluid systems.

DRY DISCONNECT COUPLING:
Specification / Construction: As per EN 13480 & EN 13445 compatible with NATO STANAG 3756
Technical Description
Our couplings are robustly designed and immaculately engineered for applications ranging from water, oil to extremely aggressive chemicals and gases.
Dry Disconnect Couplings are absolutely essential when service media is hazardous, costly, or difficult to clean, preventing leaks and ensuring safety.
KFI’s Dry-Disconnect coupling seals hose/loading arm and pipeline ends after disconnection, preventing spills acts as a built in NRV.
Double or Twin Handle configurations are typically preferred for high-pressure gaseous transmissions to ensure better control, safety, and operational efficiency.
Single Handle configurations are commonly preferred for liquid, fluid, or chemical transmission due to their simplicity, ease of use, and operational reliability.

BREAKAWAY COUPLING:
Technical Description:
- KFI Safety Break Away couplings are engineered to prevent and reduced spillage.
- KFI provides safety solutions to suit loading arms and hoses when subjected to unwarranted load caused by drive away and pull incidents.
- Breakaway acts as the weakest link in the transfer system. Hence before the hose gets ruptured or the loading arms break these couplings break stopping the flow of the service media. This eliminates the risk of spillages or any other major accidents
