1. Introduction

2. Business Scope

Wings Tech Supply L.L.C. supplies industrial components including but not limited to gearboxes, pumps, valves, hoses, fittings, couplings, and related accessories.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, shipping, and other applicable fees.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on currency fluctuations, raw material costs, and supplier changes.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders must be confirmed in writing (email or signed purchase order).

  • Wings Tech Supply L.L.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

  • Any cancellation after confirmation is subject to approval and may incur cancellation fees.

5. Delivery & Lead Time

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

  • Delays due to supplier issues, shipping, or customs are beyond our control.

  • Partial deliveries may occur unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Product Warranty

  • We supply products from reputed manufacturers and OEMs with warranty terms as per the manufacturer.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period and include evidence of the issue.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns must be authorized in advance and requested within 7 days of receipt.

  • Only unused, undamaged products in original packaging are eligible.

  • Custom or non-stock items are non-returnable.

8. Liability Limitations

  • Wings Tech Supply L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the invoiced value of the product(s) in question.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, and materials on our website or documents are the intellectual property of Wings Tech Supply L.L.C.

  • Reproduction or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, U.A.E.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, supplier issues, or global crises.
